The Whole Damn Bowl is a virtual collection of recipes, ideas, and experiences for everyone. It’s about finding ways to make food, fitness, and wellness enjoyable and sustainable. It’s not about destroying your mental health by restricting yourself or forcing yourself to do things you hate in the quest for an Instagram-worthy butt.

It’s about striving to be healthy and loving yourself in the process, not just when you’ve reached a certain weight or body fat percentage. It’s about loving what your body is capable of, abandoning calorie counting, enjoying your food, and sometimes – eating the whole damn bowl.
