It’s not about destroying your mental health by restricting yourself or forcing yourself to do things you hate in the quest for an Instagram-worthy butt.
It’s about striving to be healthy and loving yourself in the process, not just when you’ve reached a certain weight or body fat percentage. It’s about loving what your body is capable of, abandoning calorie counting, enjoying your food, and sometimes – eating the whole damn bowl.
